How will I know my order was received?

Once you place the order, you will receive an email with confirmation and an order ID. Then, the order will be forwarded to a shipping company, and we will inform you about it with another email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam and junk folders. If you still find nothing, please contact our customer support.

How long does it take to get the items?

1-5 business days.

What are the shipment options?

  • Courier to your house - 4€
  • Courier to ACS pickup point - 2€
  • On order above 100€ both options are free.

How can I change the shipping method after I ordered?

You can contact our customer service, and if the order hasn't left yet, we will change it for you.

How will I know when my shipment will arrive?

You can track your order on our 'Track Order' page, and you will also receive an email once it's on the way to you.

Warranty and Care Instructions

Is there a warranty on the jewelry?

Of course, at Nival, we understand the importance of quality and durability in our jewelry. For this reason, we are pleased to offer a full warranty on each and every piece of jewelry.

For how long is the warranty valid?

The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty include?

The warranty covers any defects originating from the production or assembly processes but does not cover damage resulting from use that does not align with our care instructions. Liability disclaimers include events where the jewelry was damaged due to an accident, fall, scratch, breakage, and/or attempted self-repair.

What are the care instructions?

It's important to keep the jewelry away from water, cosmetics, and chemical substances. Store them in a bag or a sealed box; this will help them last longer. Protect the jewelry from falls, bending, or strong impacts. Avoid attempting self-repair; for any repairs, please contact our customer service to receive professional assistance.

How can I utilize the warranty?

To utilize the warranty:

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  • Return the product to us via an ACS courier.

Is the payment on your website safe?

No, we do not store your credit card details. Payments made with credit cards are processed directly through the credit card companies, and you will need to enter your details anew with each purchase.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Nival's products are crafted from two primary base metals—Mazak metal and Pewter metal—which are then adorned with a pure silver or 24k gold coating. Some of our jewelry pieces also feature Swarovski crystals or various kinds of gems.

Can the jewelry cause allergies?

We are pleased to inform you that our jewelry is mostly hypoallergenic. Our coatings are nickel-free, making them suitable for most individuals, including those who typically experience sensitivities.

What can you tell me about the coatings?

Our coatings are applied in a private factory where each piece of jewelry is hand-coated. This meticulous process ensures unmatched quality, appearance, and durability. Each jewelry item receives a micron-thick, durable, and nickel-free coating.
